Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms & Identification of Provider

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Dev-Art Solutions" Ltd., UIC 206506266, registered in the Republic of Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), and the users of the Dev Smart Academy platform (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). By registering and using the platform, the User explicitly accepts these Terms.

2. User Registration

To register and use the services, the User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password) and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials published on the Dev Smart Academy platform, including but not limited to: courses, lessons, texts, graphics, images, videos, software code, and design, are the exclusive intellectual property of "Dev-Art Solutions" Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Provider does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

5. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes become effective immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
